Now now...lets play nice in the sand box......not all of us are Joe Weider!! Quote
H2o Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Terry sold shares to finance his part of this new stadium and these are the HS auditorium seats we get? 2 Quote

Maybe hard to really tell, but in the video the seat looked small and like it was made of cheap, thin plastic. I thought the downsized seating capacity was partially attributed to having bigger, wider seats (bigger people in 2025). I suspect there’s not much leg room with steeper angles. For $2B I expected a little better quality. I never expect quality when it comes to the bills 😉 Quote

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Tiny seats? Pssh, Put a roof over the current stadium and scrap the whole thing Quote

Seats and bathrooms are likely the top 2 amenities fans that I personally think about when judging a stadium. The view is pry first. For me second is are their cup holders? Quote

Richard Noggin Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Normally, I want to pump the brakes on immediate, negative reactions to limited evidence, but it's REALLY DIFFICULT not to be at least a little disappointed in the tight seating dimensions revealed in that short video. Especially given my already-in-motion financial obligation to seats that will likely be identical. Those people were packed in like Allegiant Air or Frontier Airlines economy seating. One important mitigator: standing seems to CREATE more overall space to move and breathe. Different fan heights, and shoulders at an angle facing midfield, allow more 3-dimensionial room to spread out. Good to know they're keeping it COZY in the 100s damn. 1 Quote

T master Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago As it is in any stadium seating there won't be much elbow room they never seem to put that into the equation ... Quote

SoCal Deek Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago What I noticed is that this wasn’t just a ceremonial test fit. If you look closely you’ll notice that they have the framework for the entire section’s seats already installed on the precast concrete risers. It’s pretty amazing considering there’s over a year left if the construction schedule. Quote

And I'm sure some are more elaborate. Quote

It sounds like a lot but I can assure you it goes really fast. That’s why I’m amazed to see them going in so early. What the construction team is generally concerned about is breakage if they’re installed too early. It’s the same with all finish materials like glass, cabinets, etc. Quote
