Are really thinking they can drag this corpse of a season across the finish line? We're looking at practically having to win out ourselves, wouldn't they essentially have to do that? I am terrible at predicting outcomes, but I think the Dolphins might do an absolute curb-stomping of the Jets this Friday. I just feel like the wheels are coming off that team right now--kinda like the late Gase era. Yes, he's a gawdawful QB right now (although I think he might be the kind of kid that finds his game a couple years down the road, ala Geno Smith). But that kid took a ferocious pounding last night and never once hesitated to get up and get right back to work. At one point I thought Ed Oliver had finished him for good (I thought that was worth every one of the 15 yards he drew) but he shook it off and kept right on rolling. They basically did nothing though. They could have signed Wentz. True he's not great but it's a major step up from Wilson. Could have made a play for Dobbs, heck even Drew Lock.... SOMETHING.
