The most important thing now is the 24 hours swelling period it’s his throwing arm so if there’s not much swelling he’ll be fine but if there is we may have to turn to Case for a week or so to be on the safe side.

God help us all

Good thing is if that happens we can turn to our strong run game and lean on our run D.  Too soon?

If they can rest him through thanksgiving, I think case can get us to 2-1 or 1-2.

lol it went right through his chest 70 yards in the air what more do you expect

When the QB plays poorly and you compound that with obvious missed opportunities by WRs like that of which you’re speaking by Davis, you lose games in which you’re heavily favoured.

 On to the Vikings.

Not sure what you call it. He's not throwing the ball well or seeing the field.

in a nutshell BINGO. in the last 6 quarters #17 has had struggles throwing the ball. Not always but enough for it need fixing. He would agree.

I think his attack downfield mindset is getting him into trouble. He has gotten away from the lessons he learned in the Rams game where he kept checking the ball down over and over in the fieet half.

It looked like he either had his back arm grabbed by Gardner or was hand fighting with the back arm and couldn't get it back around to try and catch the ball

Yeah, he extended his arm to keep Gardner off him and couldn't get it free in time to secure the catch.

I swear Allen looked like he got dinged in the first quarter. Near the goaline?  He got up and looked dazed to me but showed no ill effects (No Tua weak legs). I wondered after that if that was just my imagination because he didnt look his normal self for the rest of the game.

That’s how I saw it.  He got it free eventually but too late to make the catch.  It was a makeable catch, but it was a “big boy” reception, by no means the “dropped the ball which hit him in the chest with the DB nowhere near him” that some have portrayed.

You throw a ball 70 yards and it bounces off the chest of your receiver, it should be caught.

Davis has been disappointing this season.

Below is a video analyzing Josh possible injury.  I hate that youtube blocks stuff like this and makes you goto youtube to watch it.  Its only about 3 minutes.

Right in the chest, untouched by the defender.  Have to catch that.  Along with his other 45.6% drops
