That puts his recovery at about 10 months, which is on the shorter end of the recommended 9-12 months. But in say 3-4 weeks, sounds like that would be the time he needs to get back into football shape/learn the playbook. Then he'd be building chemistry with Josh and the offense, around the Bengals / Pats game. Obvious thing, is if the money is right for us/him without prohibiting us to resign some key pieces. If he can only contribute for the playoffs, that's exactly what we need...goal would be getting the chemistry down leading up to that (while continuing his rehab). He'd primarily be in the slot/another Diggs type that we can move around. I guess but committing a two-year deal to a player that won’t even work out to show where he is at is a risk.
