I'm happy we have a leader like McDermott. Obviously Daboll is going to take a lot of what he learned from McDermott to the Giants. colin Posted January 31, 2022 Share Posted January 31, 2022 i live in central nj and see some giant games, and have a lot of gman fan friends. i think their d was pretty good all things considered, and they came out to play when hope was slim, so it makes sense to keep their dc. i wish dabol well since even tho i poo poo'd him a lot, he did obviously work really hard for us. i don't think he's gonna have success though, he's an offensive experimentation guy, i don't think he's meticulous enough to be an effective hc and the microscope in NY/NJ is gonna burn him. Half (or more depending on who you talk to) of QB success in the NFL is mental. Once you start screwing with a QB's psyche - it's not always something you can just snap your fingers and make all better. You seem really dug in on the subject. I don’t think bills fans in general care enough about Daniel Jones or the NYG to really give you the attention you need here though.
