They have/had the most major season pass there is to disney for years but are backing away from it. Florida residents have it a lot cheaper than random tourists. The IRS as it currently exists is about the least efficient way to collect taxes. Estonia would be better but the main principles would need to be: 1) simplified personal tax code- flat tax would be best if not Fairtax 2) business taxes would be main driver of audits 3) new organization would focus on helping people with paying proper amount.
