RIP Charles Grodin

Wow.....I remember seeing The Heartbreak Kid when I was young. I have even thought of it recently but wasn’t sure of the title and had no idea that it was Charles Grodin. (In my mind I thought it might have been Dustin Hoffman?) I need to watch that again soon. He will long be remembered for some of the great work he left behind.

RIP.

RIP

His appearances on Letterman were always really funny too.

God Bless.

His banter with Johnny Carson was always entertaining as well.

Right there with you on Midnight Run.

RIP.

When I heard the sad news - made it a point to watch it tonight on HBO - even years later - it is classic interaction between him and DeNiro!

An amazingly good and underrated flick.  Grodin was brilliant.  RIP

Yeah, for some reason Midnight Run has slipped by so many people. Almost everyone I talked to yesterday re: Grodin had never seen it.

The Duke.
