These 'can't miss' prospects are anything but. Trent Richardson, Aaron Curry, Jadaveon Clowney, Tony Mandarich were all "cant miss". It happens a decent amount. So many other factors that just the player. It's funny to watch it not be us, but these people needs to keep some perspective lol Jets fans are not dumb, there is little moral victory or difference between a 0 and 16 season and a 1 and 15 season. Losing a shot at a generational talent like Lawrence was a pyrrhic victory to borrow a term from Jets fans. Another fan likened their season to Andy Dufresne in Shawshank redemption crawling through that long narrow crap pipe to escape from prison only to fall back into prison at the end. They were willing to go winless because with Lawrence and a bevy of draft picks they could attract top notch coaching talent too and rebuild the right way. Leaders now on both sides of the ball. So, the backside of the 0-16 can be good we are seeing further down Lake Erie.
