His order by the way, explicitly says states with 10% or higher percent positive rate. Virginia is still on the list and we have been around 6% for over a month. Good news is he has no symptoms which is what you want with immunity, which hopefully when more information comes out it will make more people realize that yes this will be around for a long time but it isn't to be feared especially if you went through it once already. Speaking of not understanding .... The US Northeast had very similar rates to the 5 hotspots in Europe. The rest of the US also has very similar rates as the rest of Europe that wasn't hard hit. To translate it for you, 4 states in the northeast account for 15% of confirmed cases, but 35% of confirmed deaths, and have a 3 times the death rate of the other 56 states.
