Initial Sources to Provide to Those Waking Up to the Truth

I am fully aware that there are many regulars on PPP who don't need this advice. Perhaps, however, this will help some of the lurkers, should they be coming across this same situation I am. And with what I *think* is going to be happening in the next few months, there may be a lot more confused people, flailing to try and make sense of what is occurring.

With the recent summary release of the Mueller report, I have had numerous discussions with friends, family, and co-workers who are a little bit shell shocked as to the findings. During the course of our discussions, it was not at all uncommon for some of them to say "Well, I'm going to go see what CNN says about it.".  When I question why they are willingly running back to the outlet that has been blatantly lying to them for years, the typical response is an incredulous, "Where else should i go?".

I do not give blanket statements of support to any publication, but below I have put together a list of sources I typically will provide of those who nailed the Mueller Report. I also think it's important to keep the list fairly short.

These are ordered alphabetically by first name (Journalist : Association : Twitter):

I am also just including their Twitter, since they self-promote their pieces.

It's also important to know your audience, as the majority of people who get their "news" from CNN, will turn off any willingness to listen when they hear  any major association to Fox NewsBut, for those willing to be yelled at yet for 50 minutes, I also include:

  • Sean Hannity
  • Tucker Carlson

Here is another one who almost made my list, but I think he is to screechy to introduce to people who are just now waking up to the truth:

I am curious, however, if any of you were to swap out sources in my initial list of 6, who would you replace them with?

Some might want to swap out one or two, but I'm fine with that list and applaud you for compiling it.

I would also put out there a couple of articles that come from people they're more likely to be "comfortable" with or at least have heard from them previously.

Matt Taibbi's reaction to the Mueller Report

Piers Morgan's take on the media and political opposition that fueled the Russia Collusion Hoax

Since you are basically asking people to ingest the ignorance you consume, perhaps you can link to some of the lies you claim have been told.

The very one and the same, Pooj. It might lend a little more credence to his position because of his past history. So if he and Piers can articulate just how rabidly stupid the Left was during their 2 1/2 year tirade of TDS tantrums, it just makes it all the more sobering. And that’s what the Left needs to do now - sober up.

You go away to worthless  POS

It would really help if you not only learned to spell, but properly used pronunciation. When you post statements like the above you are just telling the world what a stupid dumb ***** you are.

"So it was all fake news…

The entire two-year Russia collusion frenzy was based on an absolute falsehood that Donald Trump and his team had colluded with Russians to fix the 2016 election."  - Piers Morgan

If you don't believe him, who will you believe?

I believe the facts that made people wonder, and still do. He lied, his people lied, he believed Putin and not our intelligence agencies and he took very suspicious actions.

Also, the report has not been released, so who knows what's in it

When the report comes out, imagine if there were language in it like this:

Although there is evidence of potential collusion with Russian officials by candidate Trump and his staff, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

What would your reaction be?

My reaction would be, why didn't they wait until ten days before the election in 2020 to release this?

Stephen Colbert ?   Is he a good source?   lol    If you aren't a big Trump fan, you will like Colbert's take.  If you are short on time, like him or not, skip to the 14 minute mark.  (16 minutes overall)

And then you wonder why you're the punchline for many on this site?

Uh huh. But you need to keep your timeline straight while twisting yourself in knots. You meant 4 months before the 2020 election,  right?

So, in addition to all your other shortcomings, you have no sense of humor either?  Look into some self help programs....soon.

And the humor in your post is ...?

Comedians, such as Colbert, often use humor to make their point.  You quoted my post with the link to the Colbert video.  If that doesn't penetrate, perhaps someone else can guide you.
