He hit him shoulder to shoulder. He didn't lower his head and lead with the crown, he didn't hit head to head (or target the head), he didn't go low at his knees, and there was nothing at all to suggest he tried, in any way, to intentionally injure the guy. He was ko'ed, knocked right into the concussion protocol and didn't return to the game...I'd count that as injured.
