If they cant see the improvement it's because they want him to fail so they can say how right they were. My first choice was Darnold but I am very pleased with Allen. The future is looking good IMHO. He's pretty much stayed at 50% completion the whole season, so no, not really. He may be getting better at progressions, but he's still completing too low a percentage. I really really hope they don't draft a RB in the first round I really don't like drafts were we go after offensive linemen because that is not sexy at all, but a 1st round center might be warranted if there is one. I think the only lineman I can envision being on the team long term is Dawkins. I have not been following Teller, but his name keeps coming up. Oh, and even though the brunette was cute I had to put those two clowns with the girly pictures on ignore.
