No....no that's not what I'm arguing. Geezus. You claimed it was a fact he sent the goons. A fact meaning that it's indisputable. What you believe doesn't make something a fact. It could be a theory, speculation, an opinion etc.... Here's an example of a fact. Babe Ruth hit 714 homeruns. You can't argue that, it's fact. Saying Babe Ruth is the greatest hitter of all time isn't fact, it's an opinion. It's what you believe and there isn't one correct answer. When you say McCoy sent those goons and state it's fact, then you're saying it's not your belief, it's 100% confirmed he did. Why does that automatically mean that McCoy sent and/or paid them? Why is that the only possible explanation? What if the girl was bragging about how much this jewelry was worth to the wrong person, or the wrong person overheard her talking about it and they decided to rob her? What if it was one of her own friends or acquaintances who set her up? What if it was just a random robbery and she is lying about what this robber said in order to try and capatilize monetarily on this situation? What if if one of mccoy’s acquaintances knew about the jewelry and set up this robbery without McCoy having any knowledge of it? I mean, guys buy jewelry for girls all the time and if they break up, many times want that jewelry back. That is pretty standard stuff. It in no way automatically means McCoy set her up. He may or may not have. We simply do not know. But as of now there seems to be little to no proof that he did, otherwise he’d have been charged already. RocCityRoller
Every OG knows you do not let a baby girl looking for a sugar daddy live in the house. Come on Shady, for a wannabe player you are naive. The jewelry is the payoff. Everyone knows this. This should be NFL rookie intro 'how to avoid gold digging hoes' symposium topic one. Get her an apartment, get her a cheap house, invite her out. Do not let her live with you. Rookie mistake.

What a Tuel
Has this been posted yet? Looks like she finally got kicked out and got very little in return. http://newsenter.org/buffalo/2018/08/14/345012-eviction-case-against-lesean-mccoys-ex-girlfriend-settled-shes-out.html Quote Details of that agreement, obtained after the hearing by Channel 2 Action News, says that a Fulton County deputy sheriff will escort Cordon to McCoy’s home on Hickory Pass in Milton on Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. to retrieve several items, including photos, a Christmas tree, holiday decorations and her son’s gold chain. Attorneys for both Cordon and McCoy will be present as well. Cordon will be allowed to return there with a sheriffs deputy next Monday to retrieve personal items, such as Christmas ornaments and toys, Atlanta attorney Michael LaScala told The Buffalo News. She will not remove furniture or jewelry, LaScala said, only small items. Again how you can sue for someone not giving you security codes for a house you are not supposed to be living in is beyond me. Hopefully the court and both sides attorneys continues to do the logical thing. Edited August 18, 2018 by What a Tuel

If you think back to the OJ civil case, remember how much character testimony was allowed that was not allowed in the criminal trial? ...yup....whole different landscape......and you can bet in a civil trial, those pictures will be paraded before the jury.........I got subpoenaed to testify in a civil trial for a bar room fight where the PERPETRATOR got cut with a glass by the guy who tried to defend himself after getting assaulted.....Jury Box ledge was lined with bloody pics and the PERPETRATOR won....her bloodied pics, a sympathetic jury as well as Shady's wealth/prominence would ALL work against him......civil trial is preponderance of the evidence versus "beyond a reasonable doubt"....a "no contest plea" which I believe carries a stipulation of "no admission of guilt" and an out of court settlement may (NOT an attorney) be how this mess goes... 26CornerBlitz
LeSean McCoy focused on Week 1 amid investigation Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy placed his focus on football when he reported for training camp in late July amid an investigation into an alleged home invasion robbery at a residence he owns in Georgia that left his former girlfriend hospitalized. In mid-August, McCoy's ex-girlfriend sued him in connection to the July 10 incident. With an opportunity to address the lawsuit, McCoy took the same approach of placing his focus on his profession and not circumstances off the field. "I'll take care of that stuff," McCoy said Wednesday, via Mike Rodak of ESPN. "But right now, the only thing I can worry about is the Baltimore Ravensand keeping everything the same with that. Just focusing in on this big week for me, Week 1.
