I don't know what happened. All we can do is speculate and if McCoy is guilty, it looks like he will get away with it.

The only thing I CAN say with confidence is that he is going to get jammed up again and again. It's really just a matter of time. I wouldn't be shocked if he gets arrested tonight for something totally unrelated to this case.

I would be surprised given how focused seems on his NFL legacy and his goal is to get to 12K rushing yards with a Canton Induction.

Yeah. It would be great if he never gets in any more trouble for the rest of his life. Is this what you predict?

So...you're being snippy with 26CornerBlitz for a perceived belief that McCoy will never get into trouble...when you, yourself went to the opposite absolute saying with certainty "...he is going to get jammed up again and again. It's really just a matter of time."

...we get it, you don't like McCoy, but holy hell...hypocrite much?  Why doesn't everyone stop stating what they believe will happen as absolute fact? ?

Fair questions.

Life has taught me that people who get in trouble more often than not continue to do so. That is all. I did also say that I hope that "Shady" never gets in any more trouble. If the experiences in your life have taught you something different, I respect that and am happy for you.

If you want to label me as a hypocrite, so be it.  Maybe down the road one of us will recall this exchange.

Be well and GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Criminal trial? They haven't apprehended the criminal responsible for the home invasion, assault, and robbery.   There is no criminal trial.

How do you know it's because she won't cooperate with description and the like?

Because she gave a description on the 911 call.  A  short, young black guy with a mask.  That should narrow things down.

Right, a description of almost every black man in ATL. We don't know ****. She might know who it was. She might not. They might have an agreement, they might not.

She doesn't know jack and there is no agreement. The us civil action her attorney has filed. Between this and the original thread on these matters you have had some awfully bad takes.

I have bad takes? You don't know any of this to be true. You just seem like a fan with wishful thinking. You don't know what she knows what they have talked about. You're just shouting off some typical ignorant fan talk as facts.

You're making up crap out of thin air that you try to pass off as plausible when it's pure nonsense.

Yes they have an agreement, but her attorney filed a civil lawsuit for damages. Makes perfect sense. ;)

Again people file suit so they can reach settlement. This can and has been agreed upon in millions of cases. This is actually how it works in the law. McCoy actually needs her to sue so he can get in writing that she will not talk about him or any thoughts she has on him being party to the crime.

Again we know nothing, but you pass nothing as fact.

This is about as sensible as your take on her being his common law wife.

She was more than that, they were engaged. Common law is only used to establish her as a resident, which is why he couldn't make her move, just as I said in the old thread.

We know the cops have not established a link between McCoy and the incident.Considering it’s been over five weeks now, they likely won’t.

McCoy proposed to a trap now he wants to say it never happened. Fine I get it.

What? Where did you hear they were engaged? I have only seen her described as an ex-girlfriend, but obviously I haven’t read everything connected to the case. And “trap”? What are you implying?

He's either making things up or uninformed. McCoy never proposed to her and they were not engaged. He's factually incorrect.

No implication. Clearly stated.

So I take it you're McCoy or you were on his shoulder when he gave her that jewelry he wanted back so bad he sent goons to take it from her? Maybe you're McCoy. You speak with such facts.

This is likely what he was referencing.  https://heavy.com/sports/2018/07/lesean-mccoy-girlfriend-delicia-cordon/

Not clear if this marriage discussion led to a proposal and engagement but possibility exists it could have if it is true a substantial gift was given to her be McCoy at the time of the marriage discussion.

https://heavy.com/sports/2018/07/lesean-mccoy-girlfriend-delicia-cordon/

"Court docs show that McCoy is in the process of suing Cordon to try and gain back control of the home. Cordon lives in the home with her 16-year-old son. The docs say that on May 28, Cordon and McCoy had discussed marriage and that he gave her a “substantial gift.” Things went sour according to the documents on June 1 "

Yes. I remember that, but that's neither a proposal nor an engagement.   You best believe if she had been engaged it would have been all over her Instagram page.
