LeSean McCoy allegations

She was ripping me because I had my dog in the car and it was summer.

He was in there with the windows completely down, car still running and he was in there for about 2 minutes.

I went through the drive thru and they forgot a piece to my order.  I pulled around to parking spot, went in to get my missing piece and came back out in 2 minutes.

She was in her car, driving around and then stopped by when I was getting in car and just started tongue lashing me.

You mean rimming?

You left out the time he filled a party bus with woman and then poured a drink on one and made her get off on the side of the Jersey Turnpike!

I could be mistaken, but I believe he directed his bodyguard to pour the drink on her and put her off the bus, and after the rest of the ladies protested he let her off at a rest area instead.  Just to be accurate here.

I hate this kind of thing.  Click-mongering.  Emphasis on the word COULD: "The league is taking a wait-and-see approach, postponing consideration of placing McCoy on the commissioner’s exempt list until learning whether authorities tie him to any involvement in the case. “There’s not much that [league leaders] can do until the police get further along,” one person familiar with the league’s inner workings said. “It’s very early in the process.”

Basically they acknowledge that the "exempt" list is for people formally charged with a violent crime, or if "(Goodell) believes after an investigation that a player may have violated the policy in any of those ways."   No investigation by NFL yet, no charges, and the only "tie" as of yet is a sweeping Insta accusation and heated statement in a 911 call.

That's from last week and it's wrong.  Unless the NFL finds something, they can't just up and suspend him based on an allegation.

Wasn't Zeke suspended based purely on allegations?

Allegations of direct involvement in DV.  A completely different matter altogether from what happened to McCoy's ex-gf.

He was, but the NFL did a full investigation and believed he was involved in DV, despite the fact the alleged victim admitted she lied to the police. I too believe he was involved after reading the investigation. But he wasn’t charged and denied it all.

The case remains "under review" by the NFL, and Goodell has issued crazier rulings.  I hope I'm wrong, but I think Shady won't be at SJF next week.

He’s just smart enough to take this opportunity to hold out for a new contract

There is no basis for this at the current time. The unidentified assailant who attacked and robbed the ex-gf remains at large.

i'd be surprised at this point if he wasn't there.  it would have to be due to some pretty shocking news.

There were 4 incidents of DV.  The victim lied about 1, but the NFL investigated and determined that the other 3 actually happened.  That's why he was suspended.

Well, you know....Charles Manson didn't kill any of those people.

I brought this up in shoutbox a few weeks ago because someone else had similar story.  This happened almost 15 years ago.

Well it was Taco Bell and there's a lot of sauce packets....she could have covered me in it and I probably wouldn't have tasted any different from anything these serve at that restaurant.

I mean maybe thought you were a burger, Mr. Royale

Zeke was suspended after a year of investigation by the Aventura, FL PD and Columbus, Ohio PD which did NOT result in criminal charges (the prosecutor said he believed the victim in some instances but did not have sufficient evidence for a criminal case) and a completed 160 page investigation by the NFL.

And that could happen with McCoy at some point - but it's not going to happen before the police investigation and an NFL investigation (if there is one) plays out.

Yup.  I think at this point -- unless the assailant suddenly shows up and sheds new light upon things -- we can expect Shady to be a full participant for the 2018 season.

I actually started thinking that he will be available all season long this year.  Next year, he might get a call from the NFL Office.  Could be his last year in Buffalo?

Did I have enough "0's" in the word long?
