Kelly the Dog
So, thinking people know that it is people who kill, not guns, and you try to correlate this to letting NK have nukes? I think I'm going to start calling you Kelly the Obtuse Dog. No, I want to know what is the difference between guns don't kill people, people kill people - cluster bombs don't kill people, people kill people - and nukes don't kill people, people kill people. ExiledInIllinois
FBI Agent: We Have Multiple Leads In U.S. And ALL ACROSS THE WORLD In Vegas Shooting. For a "lone wolf wacko" ?? Could they be trying to spook others out if he had help? No, I want to know what is the difference between guns don't kill people, people kill people - cluster bombs don't kill people, people kill people - and nukes don't kill people, people kill people. You know what the difference is? I want my guns and I don't give a phuck about anybody else. I got a 2nd right to have them and I want them... ...Oh, prayers for Vegas. Obviously this was well planned out and he had an escape plan according to investigative reports I've read. Isis really wants responsibility for this one as if they can get an older white rich male in the US they can get anybody. I don't know if they'll ever find motive, but I wouldn't be surprised if Isis brainwashed the guy.

IDBillzFan
That "snapped Gambler" narrative continues to crumble. At least until someone finds his phone running apps to hook up with gay men, and they start explaining how it really all started with a 67-year-old dude conflicted with his desires to bob the knob. Do we knowingly allow mental patients to have guns? By our standards Kim is a nutjob, as were his predecessors. You already know that though. You can't prove your stupid premise so you resort to even more stupid reasoning?

Of course in our country where the NRA and Big Pharma run the narrative.....I guess they are right... I think that's a weak comparison. The NRA doesn't own politicians as their contributions are relatively minor compared to other groups. In 2016 they spent $1.1 million on campaign contributions and about $3 million on lobbying. http://nypost.com/2017/10/05/the-true-secret-of-the-nras-success/ . Meanwhile, Opioid drugmakers spent on average $89 million per year on lobbying and campaign contributions from 2006-2015. http://www.range365.com/big-pharma-lobbying-for-opioids-spends-8-times-as-much-as-nra By the way, guess which politician got the bulk of that big pharma money in 2015....... boyst
I've been wondering what tactics the people on the ground could have used to defend themselves. A high intensity spot light to shield the view? Laser pointer? A decent handgun or riffle to take shots back allowing cover? Defensive tactics are obvious but I wonder what could have been done to take an offensive possession.
