Good questions. I hesitate to call 1/6 a hoax. Thete's no doubt some protesters got violent that day but I would call it a wild exaggeration, purely motivated by politics, to suggest the crowd went into the protest with intent to overthrow the government. If that was true then it would be the worst planned and executed insurrection the world has ever seen. As for Pelosi, it's never been investigated, no questions asked or answered by the J6 committee hearings what was going on in her office regarding authorization to deploy the guard. But it sounds like something we should know more about.

I haven't seen a TE block that well since Gronk. If Hawes can develop even half of Gronk's receiving ability, he'll be quite an asset.

I think pre-season is always something I don't put too much stock into either way because you don't know how veteran players and possible starters are coached to approach the game. For example the Bills could have been asking a lot of veteran defenders to do things they were weaker at in order to work on it in live reps but with low stakes. While the Giants are trying to establish 3 new QB's and they might have been leaning into the strengths of their supporting cast to build the timing of each QB. I'm not saying that is what happened. I am more so just saying that this is a possibility as to how teams approach pre-season that may not always be reflective of talent levels.

1. The Bills should have been better than that play call 2. The game should have never come down to that 3. It hardly explains prolonged postseason success that we haven't been able to achieve. People have been getting misplaced credit since the beginning of time. Nothing new here. They're both above average at what they do. Not irreplaceable by any stretch as some make them out to be. Meanwhile what was a potential dynasty is falling to the wayside defended by the fear of the playoff drought.

So Josh gets $60 million and any other productive weapon on offense,gets squeezed or traded. All fair points, and I am not sold Shavers beats out Moore either. And while I think we only keep 5 WR's, keeping 6 is still a possibility. The problem is I cant see them keeping 6 WRs unless one is an important ST player like a returner which would make more sense to be Shenault, who did show well first preseason game as both a receiver and on ST. But who knows, definitely won't rule out keeping 6 where both Moore and Shavers make it, I just personally think its going to be 5 still. As far as when our 2 suspended guys come back, the issue is who would be out at DL? They are high on Solomon who seems to have taken some nice steps forward so far in camp this offseason according to reports. And they really like Carter and his versatility. All of our rookies are safe from being cut, and so is Bosa, Groot, AJE, Oliver, etc. There is no one there that is just "cuttable" IMHO - so they would have to find a trade dance partner which is certainly possible. We also have some guys on 1 year deals or last year of their deals, so they may not want to move any with next year in mind.

I dont get it. If Jan6 was a hoax and there was hardly any criminal behaviour and if all the people prosecuted were pardoned by Trump cause it was a hoax, is there a reason to keep arguing about how Pelosi was the one who allowed it to happen. You guys seem to be arguing both sides of this issue.
