I feel for him in one way, but also want them to take him out for dinner and on the way to the restaurant, stop by a mafia house..... I wish people would relax. We don't need him to beat Cincy. We need to hit some outside slants. We have Hawes and Knox and with Shakir, we can hit the deep middle.....or throw to Cook, Davis and Ty. We need to run base 4-3 and rush a LB every down and mix in a blitz on passing downs. Key to this game is make Burrow limp.....on the 1st possession. The ravens game was extremely fluky and bills fans are overreacting to it imo…bengals offense was kind of a mess but they ended up with 32 points because the ravens turned it over so many times. Bengals only scored tds on 2 out of 11 drives (not counting the running out the clock drive), were 8-19 on third down and the bad Bengals oline looked bad against the bad ravens dline. On the defensive side cincy has been mostly atrocious and are still without Hendrickson they still certainly could win but the cincy team bills fans have been petrified of has been gone for a few years now Edited 4 hours ago by Generic_Bills_Fan 1 Quote
DuckyBoys Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago As long as the Bills offense doesn't self destruct w turnovers we win handily Bengals defense is truly a dumpster fire Bills defense can keep up long as the offense isn't giving the ball away like they have in every loss Quote
DapperCam Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago The Bengals are definitely going to march down the field for an opening drive TD. I’m sure the game day thread participants will be extremely measured and rational in their responses. 1 2 Quote

RunTheBall Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I’d use a similar game plan that we used against Pittsburgh with a bit more play action and more intermediate passes to the TE’s and RB’s. I’d include Shakir here but Brady has no idea how to use him except within 2 yards of the LOS. This has to be a James Cook game. Cinci has a horrific run D, we have the best running game in the NFL, and we need to keep Glass Burrow off the field. If we didn’t have the worst pass rush in the league I’d say go all out and beat the sht out of him but I don’t think our guys will sniff Joey Highlights. I want to see Dawkins finish every play. I’m hoping that his half assed effort 2 weeks ago was the result of his head bonk. I ripped into him for being a fat tub of goo and I’m hoping he makes me eat my words. On D, I’d have Benford cover Higgins all game and double Chase. Thankfully Glass Bernard is out so Thompson will man the middle. Cinci has run fairly well recently but I wouldn’t sell out to stop it. Cinci is going to throw the ball 70% of the time. I think Burrow will have a lot of time to carve us up, that’s why we need long ass running dominated drives that eat up the clock. I’d sit Glass Kincaid. I’d rather have a healthy Knox or Coleman than a gimpy 50% Kincaid. The sad fact is, Josh changed the course of Kincaids career when he missed him by yards when he was WIDE OPEN down the sideline and Kincaid injured his PCL. It cost us in the AFC Championship game, and now it’s costing us this season. If he didn’t hurt his PCL I’m sure he would have strained is ***** at some point so I’m not overly bent out of shape. It’s December football at the Ralph. I think we get his Cinci monkey off our back with more bully ball. Run the ball down their throats, control the clock, make them earn every yard on defense. Hopefully a couple well timed blitzes result in Glass Burrow rethinking his quick comeback. Quote

We’re playing at home against a 4-8 team that is probably the worst in the league at stopping the run. Also the worst at stopping TEs. It’s amazing how many pundits in Bills’ media world are picking the Bengals. 1 Quote

EmotionallyUnstable Posted 53 minutes ago Posted 53 minutes ago What kind of weird foot ailment pops up randomly off the field that requires you to be out of practice and then full to the next day? Did this guy have a hang nail surgery or something? Quote

The promise makes no sense .. Hi. Welcome to the board. Making sense here is highly discouraged. People have old hot takes to stick by. 2 minutes ago, EmotionallyUnstable said: What kind of weird foot ailment pops up randomly off the field that requires you to be out of practice and then full to the next day? Did this guy have a hang nail surgery or something? I think what we see on a lot of these guys is they get banged up the week before and play through the game. Then, when the adrenaline wears off and few few days go by the full presentation of the injury presents itself. We hear about it when the Bills go back to practice and we see a surprise player got injured. Many times it's assumed that the injury happened in practice...but I'd bet more than not it's just that the first practice of the week is when the first injury report is due Quote
