Also he is an effort player.  At this point,  that alone is an improvement over Coleman.   FYI,  and this should come as no surprise,  I heard earlier this week that they’re done with Coleman. Quote

Captain_Quint Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If Beane whiffed this bad on Elam and Coleman, he needs to be shown the door too. That's a long track record if you throw in Cody Ford, Boogie, etc. 2 1 1 3 Quote
Your Brown Eye Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Thank God we drafted a bum contest catching boundary WR instead of a guy who breaks the ankles of the DBs and gets open easily all while catching the occasional long ball..... but wE aLrEaDy HaVe A sLoT!!!!! Quote

But to hear he has an effort problem is disappointing. 1 3 1 Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I am not saying they are wrong, but is this really. “Sourced” insight. How connected are these guys?  With the activation and signing, they are carrying 7 WRs PLUS Gabe tomorrow. It’s likely two of the original 6 will be inactive. Given the McD comments and tape online, it seems to make sense.  Could this just be a connecting of the dots vs actually reporting? 1 Quote

zow2 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I don’t even want to see Keon play again. Period. Imagine all the times Josh looked his way, couldn’t trust a throw because he was covered, had no time to go through progressions and took a sack or a no yardage play. Quote

I went back and forth with them on Twitter about that yesterday and they were saying "they were told" what would happen and that Gabe would sit.  Maybe things changed and the potential that what they were told could change between today and tomorrow is also a real possibility.  We shall see. T.E. Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If true, this is reminiscent of the Maybin situation. Terrible production, disliked by coaches, healthy scratch. Next step is off the team, unfortunately. Quote
