Will be interesting to see how serious they take this. It looked like Daboll was arguing with the independent neurologist on the sideline if Al Michaels correctly pointed him out. If a HC interfered with the protocol, could see fine or maybe even suspension. No matter it was a very bad look for Daboll.

I dont think I've ever seen another coach or player for that matter enter the medical tent when a player was being evaluated.

The independent neurologist should be strung up and tared.

The bull#### guise about player safety is a joke.

These are grown men doing their job. Let them decide.

Bad, bad look for Daboll, but the real problem is the doctor who came out of the tent and told Daboll it looked like good news.

You can’t blame Daboll for then getting excited and asking when Dart can come back, especially if Russell Wilson is his backup quarterback.  Doctor should have said “they’re looking at him right now, I’ll let you know when there’s a decision.”

It was only a few weeks ago Wilson was being interviewed by I think Erin Andrews on pre game NFL Fox with NYC tall buildings in the background.

He said he never felt better, couldn't wait to perform, blah, blah, blah.  🤷‍♂️

I find Daboll super unlikable.  I don't hate the dude. Just as a HC in the league the more I have to hear him and the kornei heat him the more I cringe kind of thing.

My quick $0.02 is that he's likely pretty smart but a pretty bad leader/people person and the more that becomes more of his job the more gratingbhe becomes.

Also, don't fork with peoples brains.

Russ is one of these “power of positive thinking” people. He always expresses positive thoughts, even when things are obviously not going well. Remember his cringy press conferences in Denver?

For me - since coaches are not allowed in the Blue tent and aren’t supposed to interfere with concussion evaluation - they should make a huge example out of him.

The NFL and NFLPA should come down double hard - give him a minimum of 2 games of suspension with loss of game check and a hefty fine.  Also any additional coaches and a heavy team fine.

I would also make it just like injured players - no meetings, no interactions, no nothing with the team until after the 2 games are done.

But they will probably say he was done evaluating him so there was no impact and he gets a slap on the wrist.  🤮

Didn't some QB  a couple weeks ago, think it might have been Drake Maye, say something like he knows what to avoid doing if he hits his head, so he doesn't get buzzed out of game.

The whole thing is just a game they are playing, coaches, players both in on it.

People blamed McDermott for their strained relationship back in the day. I think it is pretty clear now that Daboll is the more difficult to get along with of the two.

What he did looked desperate and pathetic. I'd worry if I was playing for him. The Giants were up by 10 and punted anyway when he came back in. He needs to chill.

He is another Andy Reid.
