I get that everyone thinks McDaniel is getting fired and it makes sense but who are they promoting on that staff?  They have a bunch of former hot names that fizzled out on their way up the ladder.  Guys like Darrell bevell, Joe Barry, Bobby skowik.

 

i would guess Joe Barry or Anthony weaver gets promoted to head coach but what difference will that make.  Seems if McDaniel is gone the whole thing falls apart even more.

 

they are in a bad spot.  I am not sure who has been a worse coach so far, McDaniel or daboll?

 

the giants are on a path to win 4 games tops and yet another top 10 draft pick.

The record is even more amazing when you realize the two loss were the heat game and the Charles Clay drop.  Could easily be 14-0

McDaniel is giving existential crisis postgame interviews like a dead man walking.  This is the definition of a TCOB game.  Thursday night games are often weird sloppy ones so I think this is a good test of how focused and prepared the team is.  They passed that test in a big way yesterday.

If they don’t turn it around, they are really screwed with the Tua and Hill contracts  unless they pull a Denver and just eat a massive contract.  Assuming they would try to trade Hill and eat some of the costs. I don’t see anyone trading for Tua though.

 

Regardless just beat Miami!

0-2 teams can be some of the most dangerous games to play but honestly it feels like Miami is deflated and a total collapse is imminent.

 

I also think McDermott has Tua's number and we already know Allen has Miami's number

I feel bad for McDaniels.  Hes clearly not cut out for this role, hes a playbook/playcall kinda guy, but they really fed him to the lions with setup for failure.
