Unless their "wizard" coach finds something to exploit in our defense. I suppose it could happen....

He's running it through the Mainframe right now:

Hancock full. Let’s get him some reps !

With Taron and Cam Lewis dinged up, there's a real possibility Hancock could end up getting thrown into the nickel role already.

Don't like Milano being out for this game as Dorian Williams really struggles with misdirection/eye candy. (Which Miami does a lot)

But Bills are just a far superior team so shouldn't make too much of a difference

The Dolphins offensive line is already down 2 starters (James Daniels and Austin Jackson), both on the right side of the offensive line, which is a problem for a left-handed QB.

Two starters in their secondary (Storm Duck and Ifeatu Melifonwu) are projected to be OUT on Thursday. One of their reserve corners is also banged up.

We’re likely facing a secondary featuring Jack Jones, Rasul Douglas, Ashtyn Davis and Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Interesting Josh isn’t on injury report

Confirmed broken?  Last I heard, the team isnt releasing that --- so what would we say, bruised nose?

Love seeing some others not listed - Keon, Tre, Shakir.

I don't think it is a limiting factor, so wouldn't be on the injury report.

If he can practice "fully" then there is no cause to list him. He's been banged up a ton in his career but not always disclosed via injury reports. Don't want to officially label bountygate targets on his body (as though teams don't know)

Will be interesting to see if Josh wears a visor

Posting this here because it may be relevant while Ed is out: after reviewing some All22, there were a significant amount of snaps where Deone Walker/DaQuon Jones were paired with Walker as the 1T.

My only thought on this is that they like Walkers length over the middle of the defense as he’s shown the ability to knock down some balls.

Dolphins will roll over and die early if the Bills start strong.

Honestly it looks like the Dolphins want to give up already on Mike McDaniel and company. Get off to a fast start against them and I believe they will fold.

To paraphrase Greg(g) "Bountygate" Williams, "Kill the bottle nose and the body will die."

I'd take McDaniel as OC though if he is indeed fired and Brady leaves. An Ideal OC under McDermott is someone like him - does not have a HC makeup but has a good mind for offense and can control one side of the ball on his own. Kind of like Spagnuolo for Andy Reid on defense.

Secondly yes he seems to be an ideal OC. Not sure of the fit with the scheme but he would not be the worst Brady replacement. I also am hoping Daboll gets fired with the Giants and the Bills can get him back

I don't know about that. I appreciate that Daboll was instrumental on Allen's development to where he is today. But looking at Daboll's whole body of work as offensive mind, and look at where Allen is now, I feel Allen has outgrown the boundaries of the offense Daboll had with the Bills. We need someone who can maximizes talent on hand and create new things, not a revolution (on NFL offense) but some new subtle wrinkles as well as understanding and adapting to the flows of the game in play calling. Josh CAN do virtually everything, anything you can think of. The problem is coming up with the "everything, anything".

I read here that the Bills have scored over 30 points in 11 of their last 12 games.

They've scored 71 points in 2 games.

You guys realize that talking about switching OCs is a bit crazy?

I can’t speak for everyone else but I was talking about next season if Brady takes a HC gig elsewhere. I would love to see Brady here for a long time he’s made the game so much easier for Josh.

But if this offense hums along this year like it already has Brady is likely to get a HC job in 2026 and the Bills will be looking for an OC.

I misunderstood your post.

Yes, Brady will likely be another OC that benefits from his association with Josh and we shouldn't be surprised if he's not here for too long.

Ronald Curry, only been here since 2024 and never been a play caller at any level. If Brady leaves in 2026 I would suspect they would want an experienced OC
