Pretty sure they chose the wedding date with her existing schedule in mind and she negotiated any future activities around the plans. I agree it makes a lot of sense to go to OTAs and mandatory, then honeymoon in the dead time - if for no other reason than every paparazzi in the world is on high alert to uncover and pester a honeymoon trip right after the wedding, so why not wait a bit and try to throw them off the scent?
