Dead news cycle time of year sooooo.... The Hollins discussion gave me an idea. Who are your favorite Buffalo Bills who only played here 1 year. Hollins is up there. To dig a Lil deeper, Emmanuel Sanders was fun to have here. I was a kid so I mighttt be misremebering (and breaking my own parameters) but I loveddddd Sam Gash! And on the full opposite side of spectrum Larry Centers! Who ya got? I thought Larry Centers was with the Bills for more than one year. Quote

He had a good year and was a total pro in Buffalo, as opposed to his situation with other teams. I remember a 90 odd yd TD pass from Fitzpatrick to Owens one time. Maybe still holds the Bills record for longest TD. I forgot Fitz and TO had an overlap!! Quote

Jauronimo Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Ed Wang was fun one back when he was lining up next to Wood, Levitre. Michael Jasper was an instant fan favorite even though he never dressed for a game. The legend of Jasper lives on. 1 Quote
Metal Man Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago My initial thought was Bryce Paup but looks like he played 3 years. Guess I just remember the one dominant season he had. So instead I'll say Reggie Bush. Have to give some love to a guy with negative rushing yards for his Buffalo Bills career. 😄 1 Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago It's Terrell Owens by far for me. At a time when excitement over anything pretty much didn't exist, arguably the biggest name and most famous player in the NFL coming to Buffalo was crazy. 1 Quote

CA OC Bills Fan Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago 36 minutes ago, Florida Bills Fanatic said: How about a blast from the distant past? Roosevelt Leaks He played four seasons for the Bills, 80-83. I really liked him, he was money on short yardage situations. Whenever the Bills were in 3rd or 4th and 1, I'd say, "It's 4th (or 3rd) and Leaks." He had a total of 313 rushing attempts for the Bills and averaged 3.6 yds/carry. I was looking for how many first downs, but couldn't find that on the websites I checked. My memory from that long ago was if he had 313 attempts, he must have had 310 1st downs (yes, I know that's very unlikely)! Quote

A friend of mine was on the field pre-game because he was on the USS Buffalo that was being decommissioned. I remember smoking a cigarette late in the 4th quarter of a completely empty 300 section, the usher/security did not seem to acknowledge or care. I do not remember anything Derek Anderson did in that game 🙂 2 Quote
Einstein's Dog Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I seem to be in the minority with not liking the Hollins schtick. Didn't bother me to see that gimmick go out the door. Although I did think they would be bringing in someone better, so that kind of disappointed me - I consider Palmer the A Cooper replacement. As to the OP, I liked the TO thing at the time. I didn't like see Pete Metzelaars leave - but I guess he was a multi-year player. 2 1 Quote

MJS Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago AJ Tarpley. Not only played for only one year with the Bills, but only one year for his entire NFL career. He played 15 games for the Bills in 2015 and had 2 INT's, 2 pass breakups, 1 forced fumble, 1 sack, and 9 tackles! And then he disappeared from off the face of the Earth. But honestly I'd go with Zach Brown. 149 tackles and a pro bowl. Good stuff. 2 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Terrelle Pryor. He was already transitioned to WR when he came here. Didn't see many snaps but I always liked watching him play 2 Quote
Steve O Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago The title was changed to include players with 2 year stints. How about some love for Aaron Maybin? 2 Quote
