screen passes oddly have not been a strong point for Josh, even with Brown it only worked occasionally, the offense as a whole doesn’t set them up well and our opponents see it coming…

GO BILLS!!!

The Bills have struggled with screens for years.

Oh, for the days when Thurman would crush teams on screen plays.

Oh, for the days when we had an O Line that could execute them like the one that Thurman enjoyed.

Peppers being out is a big loss.

Not only from a talent standpoint is it a big loss for New England, but this dude is one of the hardest hitters in the NFL. I would go as far to say almost an Atwater style impact. That is a LOT of bumps, bruises and possible injuries that our WRs will not have the following week against the Dolphins.

Can we send Dalton on some medium and deep routes already?  The dude is a mismatch, being relegated to catching 4 yard dump offs.  We traded up for more than 4 yards and a patch of dust.  Man- send Cook and Dalton out same time- how is a team supposed to cover when Bills O pieces are used optimally?

One thing Brady likes to do is Kincaid/Diggs to the boundary and work two man combinations. We just never seem to be able to, or focus on, pushing the ball downfield to him.

I guaran-damn-tee you Belichick doesn’t give a rat’s ass about draft position, and neither do his players.  That stuff is for fans and the media.

And I’m very happy the Browns won Thursday night in that regard…if Baltimore loses to Miami then Cleveland could beat them in W18 for the division.

Thus, the Ravens are extra motivated for this game — it is truly for both the division and #1 seed, and they could lose both if they falter.

Thats true but they would have been motivated anyways.  Ravens would have been playing against Miami for the 1 seed at that point with Miami being the only team that could really take it from them.
