I fully expected to lose this game. I feel absolutely horrible for Allen playing that good, and losing. McDermott has a hard on for terrible coaching at the end of games. It's really unbelievable that in his 6 years here, he still hasent figured out how to handle the end of a close game. I'll say this, and you can all kill me, but if the bills keep playing like that, they can absolutely win out. Is it likely? No, but thats the offense this team needs to win. We lost this game for one reason today - coach McDermott.

Every game McDermott has lost this year he has been the single biggest factor. Hell, he tried to lose the Giants game with his awesome amazing defense and probably would have with Homonculi's crew, they sure woulda threw that flag. I think Mac Jones has been pulled from every game he's played since McDummy let him march a game winning drive.

Josh was hit in the head no  call. Josh was horsecollar tackled, no call.  Lots of other no calls.  This was home cooking at its worst.  Bills do lack discipline and some plays were jokes.  Game on the line in OT and two plays the receivers don't have the play on the drive.  Really.  You can recall the plays.  Josh throws left to empty space as both recivers bolts downfield.  Davis runs the wrong route to the endzone.  These guys aren't smart enough to win.....

Honestly, I'll get downvoted - but I kind of wish this team had moved.

This is too effing much.  Year after year after year.  Sickening.

I wish that was the last game of the season. Football is my favorite thing that’s not a person and I don’t even want to deal with 5 more games. ***** this team for putting us through this and the worst part is, if you are a real fan you knew every single second of this game, we were going to lose. Once that ball falls incomplete, you knew The only shot we had was if that fumble was called. No ***** was this POS defense ever gets a stop when we need it. You might get lucky with a fumble…never would we make a true stop to win. Ever.

When's the last time a game ended, and you said to yourself "that guy played out of his mind today.  He was clutch"?   And it wasn't Josh Allen?  The dude can't do it all.

Sort of off the topic but, to me, (2) Bills went unnoticed today; Von Miller (very bad) and Benford (very good).  I think we have two great CB's for next year in Douglas and Benford.  Unfortunately, i think Father time has caught up to Hyde, and to a lesser extent, Poyer.  Though, I'm not sure about Poyer.

more to the point it seems every other team in this situation this much has someone on their defensive line that gets a sack/strip sack and fumble recovery that wins the game.  Mcdermotts defense never does.  QB's sit there and have all day to throw vs soft coverage...many times compounded by missed tackles.

They just never get that late sack that wins the game.  Its always the same thing.

That’s your own inference.

i was making the point that not everything that went poorly in the game was because of McDermott

That INT was 100% schemed up by the Eagles coaches. Brilliant call. Josh did exactly what he was coached to do.

Brady's play calling is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Dorsey, but overall it's still the same offense with the same sight-adjustments that get screwed up and which keeps putting 2 and 3 receivers where you can throw a Harbor Freight free-with-coupon tarpaulin over them.

I did like that the Bills dialed up a couple of those deep-overs they murdered the league with in 2019 and 2020. Of course it reminded Philly that they could do that too especially running them into Ras al-Ghul's zone where he doesn't expect anyone coming over from the middle of the field, and they hit that twice for big chunks.

Sherfield ran the wrong route twice today and has been a callosus failure this year. Perhaps instead of throwing to Sherfield, plays should go to Kinkaid??
