I think it might be time to consider coaching changes in Buffalo. Not mid season but after this year especially if the Bills under perform. Coach McD is good but sometimes a change is needed. Same goes with Fraizer. The Bills seem to be unable to get over the hump. I'm thinking someone like Sean Payton. I know it's a premature discussion.

Gregg Williams still available?

I wonder if there is a reason they did it mid season.

chasing old QBs has been a failure

True, but it was totally understandable strategy given the talent elsewhere on that team. Gonna be a long slog now unless they get lucky with a QB in the draft.

My guess is they didn't trust him to develop Ehlinger and thought he might be doing more harm than good

Is there really anything there to develop?  My guess is that ownership wanted the Ryan/Foles ship fixed & he went his own way and lost.

Next years offensive assistant.

Then QB coach when Dorsey gets a HC job.

Then OC when Brady gets a HC job.

why wait. this dude has a great offensive mind. Better OC than HC. I think Indy's QB decisions is what failed Frank the most.

Give the dude his dream shot coming home to buffalo as A. OC.

Dougie P ran the Iggles offense.

I can't believe that Hackett lasted longer.

Dorsey getting a HC job is so three weeks ago.

HACKet is only lasting longer because they JUST signed him, if this was his 3rd year, he’d be gone too.

Dorsey may still get looks this off-season, we’ll see what the rest of the year looks like.

His offense was brutally boring and predictable in San Diego. I really like Frank but don’t want him on this staff.

It was pretty well established that ownership mandated that Ryan doesn't play again (I think they're on the hook for his contract next year if he were to be injured) and they wanted to see if Ehlinger is worth giving a shot

Ok I guess I hadn't heard. Are we sure that Irsay didn't hire Russ Brandon as his CEO?
