They can't cut him it offers no cap savings. They need to trade him to get the salary off the books. He's in last year of his deal so no dead cap if someone trades for him. They have to suffer with bad QB play for at least 5 years. I'm looking at you Colts (Manning to Luck), Packers (Favre to Rogers), Chargers (Brees to Rivers to Herbert).
