Wasn't Frank Reich the OC when the Eagles won the Superbowl? It's not like Pederson needs to clean up Allen, just take over a championship caliber offense and don't screw it up. Maybe his personality isn't good for a head coach, but a lot of great coordinators don't make good head coaches. And he still has that Super Bowl ring to show for it. If he goes to Giants, that is either a huge indictment of McD or of Dorsey in eyes of the Bills.
