A huge snow storm in freaking 1977 and a short period of economic downturn does not define a city. Problem is players can say they want a championship all they want. It comes down to money. Not sure i can truly blame them. Think about what Dak just signed. 40 million per year, which equates to 2.35 million per game in a 17 game season (assuming they go to that).
