That injury report has got to be Belichick trolling us, don't you think?

That or if you want to read into a bit and combine it with cam's quote the team has given up and all want to opt out now

That quote from cam, I feel I have said something similar about going to the last home game for so many seasons in the past

To me, the major different between this off-season and the ones of the past twenty years is: Who wants to go there? What is the competitive edge? The days of flocking to NE to try and ride Brady’s coattails to a ring are gone. They’ve lost the sell. I think there are much more attractive places for players to sign than the notoriously strict/boring Patriots. The money better be right, because I think for the first time in a long time, they’re going to be losing out on talent to other franchises for equal 💰 money.

I think this is a great point. They are in a hole, no idea how they are getting themselves out it beyond sucking for a few years to shed contracts and acquire assets for a top to bottom rebuild.

Yeah, their biggest problem is and will be QB.  There is no easy fix given what is available to them in FA or the draft.  And without a QB, the slim pickins at WR and TE in FA in 2021 won't want to go there.

Wishlist for week 16:

- Bills win and Josh plays lights out, another MVP performance.

- Packers beat the titans in a slugfest where Rodgers looks bad.

- Mahomes throws three interceptions and poops himself in a KC loss.

- Colts beat Steelers sealing our #2 seed.

- Josh Allen gains steam in the MVP race due to his performance and the other twos failures.

Got to add Henry rushes for less than 100 yards tomorrow night.

The more I think about it the more I think Henry has a legit shot at the MVP if the Titans can knock off the Packers. And if ever there were a year worthy of Co-MVP's it is this year. If Henry can get about 125 yards this week he will only need about 200 next week against the Texans. He ran for over 200 against the Texans in each of the last two games he has played against them.

As for Allen and the Bills, every know and then you just get a gut feeling on a game. I've had a gut feeling on the Bills blowing out the Patriots on MNF for several weeks now. And that feeling is only getting stronger. If it is a blowout hopefully Allen will be responsible for 4 or 5 TD's.

Really hope we get the run game going

I don’t want to see Allen drop back that often. We need to see if we can run the ball before the playoffs start.

I'm not too concerned about getting the run game going. They've ran well in a few games when they really made it a focus of what they wanted to do. First Patriots game, final drive of the Steelers game etc.

Haven’t we already proven in a few games this season that we can run the ball well?

Am I alone in NOT wanting to see Allen win League MVP?

At least recently - the League MVP has NOT been the Superbowl MVP.

Just sayin'

Meh, I’m not sure it is necessarily one or the other. Besides, Josh is playing at an MVP level, him getting it or not has more to do with one of those other two, and I’d say fair money is on one of the three winning the SB.

The biggest argument for him being an also ran is to avoid that accolade being part of the next contract, for what difference that would make.

That's too bad, because "Superbowl Winner" would look much better as would "Superbowl MVP".  And recently, it is one or the other.

The two things aren't mutually exclusive I'm not going to not root for one just because recently the two haven't lined up.

Williams doesn't have a game status for this week. Wow. He was the biggest concern.

This a thing of beauty. Everyone looking good.

That is huge!! I’ve been pretty worried about that DW injury. It would be pretty bad to lose him down the stretch. He’s low key been one of the most important factors in this offense’s improvement since last year when you look at personnel changes. You have to put Diggs first, but he’s second.
