That's your resolution ? The buildings targeted are federal buildings which in some way ALL Americans in that city have a part in ownership by paying taxes and don't want to take more of their tax money to rebuild or take the hrs to remove the graffiti . The way it looks to me by putting federal officers on federal property to stop the destruction of federal property is a step in the right direction but i don't live there so if you do go for it build your utopia and let us know how that works out .
