Trump is the first to threaten total shut down. That's the point. He actually wants that dictatorship. My grocery store has a sign stating that customers should wear masks and The aisles have one way signs. None of it is enforced, however.

I would say 90% of us are reasonable and will wear masks voluntary when in close spaces as long as that is the recommendation.  It shouldn't be law though as this is only temporary.
