Way to go CNN for breaking the news and immediately mentioning his sexual misconduct.

They seriously mentioned that?

😢Unspeakable tragedy.  Please Lord let the report about his daughters being on board be false.

All early reports I saw said his family was NOT with him.

it’ll get sorted out soon enough. Probably not worth heavy speculation.

This is so awful. Really hope the reports about his kids are inaccurate. I can't imagine a newborn being there without the mother.

2020 sucks so far.

Awful news! So was his daughters with him? Seeing some reports saying yes and some no. I certainly hope not, but wow! This really took me by surprise today. Sports world won't be the same for a long time.

And ABC reports 4 dead kids so they can 'break' the story.

And people wonder why so many in this country have completely tuned out the major media outlets.

I guess he always travelled by helicopter to avoid the heavy traffic in CA.

Yup. Journalism 2020 is all about getting it first, not right.

While big sports news, id be surprised if it goes that far

I think it’s bigger than just “sports news.” He was a very well known personality outside of the world of sports and this is sudden and tragic. Not Pearl Harbor, but not nothing.

True...

its all all about being first to report...not first for full story.

on breaking news stories like this you have a lot of inaccurate info come out.

Hes is a well known celebrity

hes been on national advertizing

many who don’t follow nba likely recognize him from the ads.

on top of that it’s a sudden died too soon story.
