Am I reading this right?  The Boston Globe WANTS the evidence to be used?

I can only imagine how that'll go over in Boston between them and the Pats organization when this is all done.

CBS is doing the same thing. Isn’t that the network he has worked with on the NFL TV deals?

Makes you wonder how many "friends" he actually has.  When people start to line up for your execution, it says something

Just like deflategate.  Kraft could have admitted some "guilt", paid a fine or maybe some community service, and this thing would have been dead and buried a month ago.

And i dont really care, i think prostitution should be legal snd regulated... although i think its strange a billionaire would resort to this avenue.  I guess maybe it is his jam and makes him happy.  Whatever.

Pay attention to what?  How to completely ignore reality?  I've been watching you for years WEO; I've seen enough.

Yeah, his lawyers are claiming the video was obtained improperly.  So what?  Everyone who was charged with something says the exact same thing just like they all say they're innocent.  It's Law 101, doesn't mean anything in and of itself, and doesn't take a high-priced lawyer to realize to do it.  Again the news report said that Florida LE has successfully prosecuted people charged with the exact same thing, and with lawyers claiming the exact same thing, meaning LE knows the proper way to go about obtaining them.  So you see, I've mischaracterized nothing.

If that's an example of you paying attention...

Even the story specifically mentions why, in this case, there may be problems with how, in this case, the video may have been illegally obtained.  In fact Kraft's lawyers, and other lawyers quoted on this particular item for weeks now in the press, say that, in this case, "LE" did not properly go about obtaining the tapes.

A judge will decide.

" And if the video was obtained properly, it becomes part of the public record, and that's the only thing Bobby cares about.  So you'll also want to brush up on Florida sunshine laws."

"Brush up"??  LOL yes....I've already told you  this 3 times.  Pay attention doc.

"The warrant cited a refrigerator with food and water as evidence that trafficking may have been taking place."

If that's the case then there must be human trafficking going on at my office, lol.

No wonder no one has been charged with trafficking.  The warrant looking shaky..

lets not get selective WEO.

They spoke to that as well as shelves of clothing as "evidence" of people living at the spa.   which lead to speculation of not being able to leave.

The Fridge was FULL of food and not just lunches and juice drinks

Why are you defending Kraft so much?

Apologies for my mistake

I'm just stating the obvious ways his lawyers (and the other 24) will challenge the case against them.. Widely reported stuff, actually.

No, the story does not mention that at all and you're the one fabricating things.  All it says is that his lawyers are trying to fight it using the oldest lawyer trick in the book: claiming that the evidence was obtained improperly.  It happens all the time and still they can get convictions.

And obviously I'm talking about the video being obtained properly.  Although I'm starting to wonder if the motion to intervene filed by the Boston Globe joined doesn't even care if it was obtained properly?

WEO's just grasping at straws.  Like Bobby's lawyers are.

He's not.  He always goes out of his way to lay out a defense plan for people charged with crimes.

Yes!  I am laying out a defense plan for these people!  Me!  I am charging a huge hourly too!

Anyway, Ms. Badcock quotes the specific challenges Kraft's lawyers made regarding this particular video warrant.

But it's time for another easy question:  if the video and its warrant were obtained illegally, should that not be a factor in defense of any charge?  Would you tell your lawyers in this situation: "just let it go"?  (hint: you've already given your answer).

And NOW you're talking about "the video being obtained properly"?  You mean "the oldest 'trick' in the book" may prove that it wasn't?  LOL.  You spent days saying that the DA could threaten these guys with just releasing the video as leverage for them to cop a plea----but NOW you are finally qualifying it with ""if it was obtained properly".

As I have said many times, it takes a while....but you always come around.

Tick tick tick. This is getting good. Who will blink? Who can rule on this? Will it be upheld in the court of appeals? Could someone be pardoned? Stay tuned for this and more as we watch TBD turn......

What's that about?

They complain about the negative coverage all the time on WEEI. I only know this because I’m a Celtics fan and tune in for that talk. I don’t know what’s behind it but they published some scathing article on him recently

Should the legality of the video be a factor?  Was Bobby entrapped into getting a handie?  If not, (and he wasn't) then the answer is "no."  The place was under surveillance for human trafficking and sex slavery, like many other massage parlors have been, and Bobby got caught.  It was bad luck but Bobby put himself in that situation and has no one else to blame.

Now let me ask you a simple question: do you think he should get off on a technicality?  I'm not asking whether he should try just if he should.  And if he does, will you be outraged?  Given your diatribes against Bills players who ran afoul of the law and tried to get off, I know what your answer should be.

Yeah I mentioned awhile ago that "hey, there's always a chance..." the video might be ruled inadmissible.  But I don't think it will be and apparently neither does the DA since he's not offering any more plea deals.

Kraft was just born too soon-15 years from now guys just like Kraft will be handled by sex robots and trafficked persons will struggle to find a customer base.

No, guys like Kraft want to be serviced at massage parlors.  With his money he could get the best living escorts and get his freak on in private, instead of at a type of place known to get raided just for stuff like this.

UPDATE regarding the Human Trafficking angle: Prosecutors in Kraft Case Say No Human Trafficking Found

So those with their panties in a wad because Kraft was involved with trafficking slaves can step back from the guillotine.

Appears he was a widower looking for a NSA (no strings attached) handjob. I imagine NSA is hard for him to get from traditional sources.

You'd think that having a trophy GF who sits in the owner's box with him could at least get him a handie...

Again like I asked, what's wrong with an escort at a private location?  No strings, discretion and a place that won't get raided.
