3-4 linebacker, 4-3 scheme...pretty simple.  Traded him before his value depleted

It is pretty simple that we could have used a guy who can tackle opposing running backs these past few weeks - no matter what the scheme.  The guy deserved at least one roster spot on the Bills.

The whole "Ragland doesn't fit our scheme" is just a crappy way of thinking, why are we looking at players based on their perceived skill level in a defensive system? good players should be able to adapt and learn any new system, not sure why FO ruled him and a ton of other people out.

Again, they wanted the draft pick for the future.  Not the guy who won't fit the scheme for the future...traded him while he had value...

You honestly think he considers that when being chased down?

All the receivers covered he had no where to go throw it over someone's head, instead he danced around and got himself trapped in the collapsing pocket. WATCH THAT REPLAY AGAIN. 10 SECONDS WITH THE FRIGGIN BALL.

There is always a spot for  a good football player.

Not sure either. Dude has 6 tackles with 3 for losses in the backfield.

You will just hear the typical fan 3-4 to 4-3 response though. He's a Spikes 2.0 LB'er meant to come in and stuff running plays.

He never got a fair shake like KC is giving him coming of the major injury.

Very well said gentlemen.  Very well said.

This was just another example of McBeane thinking that they are smarter than everyone else.

In hindsight with moving Darius yes Ragland has looked good today.

he was down to the third string defense in preseason and looked slow.

And man, I'm sure the Bills roster was so stacked top to bottom that we couldn't use a player like Ragland anywhere.

Too many great players to fit one more. 3 tackles for losses already? Yeah...who could want that?

Hes a 3-4 backer he isnt a 4-3 backer. He cant rush the passer from the outside and cant play middle lb stop it.

. . . and he never should have been down to the third string defense.

Reggie has not looked slow at all shooting through those gaps.
