Gameday thread - Bills and Chiefs 2nd half

If we win this game, people better realize that once again it's because of our defense. The 5 wins we had up until this point, was again defense. They've held the Chiefs to ONE 1st down, and 57 total yards to go along with 5 straight 3 & outs.

That's incredible.

I'm not one that thinks Peterman is better than Taylor, but it's no wonder the coaching staff was looking for something different at the QB position considering we struggle to do anything offensively even with the boatload of opportunities.

Yeah that game against the Bucs was exclusively our defense

One more thing worth mentioning, the O-line has been fantastic in pass protection. Tyrod has had plenty of time to pass, and on several plays has had all day to stand back there.

Thankfully we have such a kicker with a howitzer for a leg so we at least come away with SOME points. Granted he missed one FG, but 95% of the time he's money from long range. On that last 56 yarder he hit the net in the back of the endzone 20 feet up in the air still. Would've been good from 65+

Let me know if any of you guys have had the same thought. The Bills should roll Taylor out sometimes, and they should call some designed runs.

Discuss.

They have ran 2 designed runs for him so far (that I remember). It's a good idea, but with the way the Chiefs are lining up I'd rather us try to keep passing (unfortunately that's Tyrod's weakest point).

They're leaving guys man on man quite often while only rushing 4, leaving QB spies on the outside in case Taylor runs. That provides plenty of opportunity to exploit them, but it remains to be seen if we can. Had Benjamin been healthy, this would be the perfect game for him to go nuts.

I think Bill's made a adjustment by not keeping Tyrod in pocket all time. I wish they know that few games ago.
