(W, 38-17) Week 3, 2008 - Bills favored vs. Oakland by 10 points. (W, 24-23) Week 4, 2008 - Bills favored @ St. Louis by 8.5 points. (W, 38-17) Week 17, 2009 - Bills favored vs. Indianapolis by 8 points. I looked up all the lines at this link. There's a section near the middle of the page to review closing lines from every week going back to 2006. And Bills didn't cover that last .5 , them oddsmakers are a tricky bunch. And, while they didn't cover -9.5, they did cover the closing spread of -7.5!
