The Bills obviously loved what they saw in the off season and in training camp so far. He's really a fierce worker and wants to be great and does all the right things. Has become a true leader. With a few team options at the end to lessen a blow if we need to replace him. The team options are also probably pretty reasonable if he's good though - so it works both ways. I remember people saying kaepernicks was bad for him, but they still haven't replaced him, and keep paying him his big checks.
