My Punishment: He should sit the entire season. The Patriots are will not be able to participate in the 2016 and 2017 drafts. This is a punishment!!! A league with mechanisms for parity has a team like this. 41 straight AFC home wins or something like that. Seem to "guess" correctly at a 90% clip with a few simple offensive plays...
