2 games is not even close to enough. He should sit for the year and the team should forfeit their title.

My Punishment: He should sit the entire season. The Patriots are will not be able to participate in the 2016 and 2017 drafts.

This is a punishment!!!

Each QB should have the ball the way they want it.

Nothing wrong with that opinion, but that's not what the rules are. And everyone involved were very clear on the rules. In fact, Brady helped craft those rules.

again, it circles back to what the heck else is going on there. A league with mechanisms for parity has a team like this. 41 straight AFC home wins or something like that. Seem to "guess" correctly at a 90% clip with a few simple offensive plays... A QB who looked like a contest winner at the combine.

That stuff is pretty good evidence he knew he was cheating and got caught IMO.

"Based on the evidence, we also have concluded that it is more probable than not that Tom Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls. 73"

"We nevertheless believe, based on the totality of the evidence, that it is more probable than not that Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls."

"As discussed above, Brady‟s refusal to provide us with his own emails, text messages and phone records on relevant topics, in response to our narrowly tailored requests, limited the evidence available for our review and analysis. We believe that our findings are nevertheless supported by the evidence and information available to us during the course of our work."

In addition to the messages described above, before the start of the 2014-15 season, McNally referred to himself as “the deflator” and stated that he was “not going to espn……..yet.” On May 9, 2014, McNally and Jastremski exchanged the following text messages:

McNally: You working

Jastremski: Yup

McNally: Nice dude....jimmy needs some kicks....lets make a deal.....come on help the deflator

McNally: Chill buddy im just !@#$in with you ....im not going to espn........yet
