Coordinators get "figured out" in year 2. Dorsey had this problem too. Tendencies and formation/personnel groupings are studied and analyzed at a high level. Babich has McD and Nielsen, certainly some experienced coordinators to lean into. Brady, Im more concerned with. He has the MVP and best QB in football. Yeah Keon isnt winning 1-1 vs Gonzales anytime soon. But we can break tendency and be less predictable. 13 personell on 1st down consistently in 1st half - they learned that wasn't working at halftime. But Brady is slow to adjust IMO, and I've never been impressed with his pass route combinations. He dips to the "well" too often on certain schemes/plays. I hate the horizontal passing game. Why do our RB usage in pass game drop all of a sudden? Zero screen game to RBs, no creativity with two good RB pass options. This upcoming MNF game is real important record wise, but also coordinators seats start to get warm IMO, if we have another poor offensive performance.

regardless of McD I've always felt that the biggest mistake made after Daboll left was not bringing in proven coodinators on both sides. Leslie might have had some faults but at the same time he knew what he was doing. having a superbowl team and qb and then bringing in pewee coaches is a crime.

McDermott should have been gone after the 2023/2024 season. Shocking to read, yeah? We reached the AFC Title game once again vs. Chiefs. Some of us knew that we were gonna lose and we were proven right. That game was so close. It was winnable. And McDermott's Milkshake Meltdown Defense happened again. Beane shouldn't be fired just yet even when we get eliminated from playoffs this season. He built a great o-line and been doing a fantastic job maintaining that. Yeah, he sucks on finding defensive talent and wide receivers. Every GM has their flaws though. Our O-line still needs maintenance and new talent. Beane knows how to do that. We got to protect MVP Superstar QB at all cost and our defense will never be able to block for Josh Alien.

It seems highly drafted WRs are nearly as big of a bust as highly drafted QBs. They've tried virtually everything- draft, trades, free agency on WRs. Nothing has really planned out.
