Is there a physical therapist in here that can tell me if Ed Oliver is supposed to be using such limited range of motion for rehab? Or does his pushup form actually just suck?

They weren't Army standard push-ups, but no matter. Rooting for him.

A healthy Oliver and Bosa going into the playoffs is essential if we were to have any chance at this thing.  I hope Ed's ready for WC weekend or at least the divisional round.

Im just assuming that you don’t want to extend the arm fully with tension just yet.

But not only that, that is also a type of push up.  It works the hell out of your chest because it stays flexed.  You just don’t want to only do that because it will limit your range of motion.  In prison, they call it bouncing.

So Royal, what were in for?  Just kidding.  I’m assuming he was coached by the trainer to not stress the elbow with a full range of motion in his push-ups.

Don't want him going up against the likes of the Eagles 365 pound Jordan Malaita [Week 16] before playoffs.  Too much chance of reinjury.  Has Ed outweighed by 80 pounds.

The man needs more color in his house. What's with the wintery shades in a wintery climate? That can't be good for his recovery. Get a few Bills blankets and pillows, man.

Nice gym bro pushups!

In the Navy, his RDC would scream at him for doing "Saturday night pushups" and tell him to get his azz up and break 90 on the arms.

Well at least his triceps are OK...

I was going to say, notice how he isnt fully extending his arm which stretches that biceps.

I do hope, without causing further harm, he can suit up for the playoffs.
