We could do worse than Deebo and Von. Not my first choice, but solid reinforcements. Deebo honestly seems like the perfect (albeit redundant) WR for Brady’s scheme.

Not a fan of Deebo. Too many guys working the underneath and intermediate stuff already; pretty much the whole guys who catch the ball lol

If he can stay healthy he might be our best WR. I think he's Shakir level, or maybe just a level below him at this point. That's more an indictment on what we have, but still probably the truth.

It’s because it doesn’t move the needle, what are you expecting out of this move? Was it good enough last year or the year before to make much difference in the playoffs?  No…

 

why do some of you think running it back essentially is going to be a different outcome than what we saw last year. We beat Kc great, we played the best we could play and beat them by 7 points… this team is not good enough in its current stage to win a title, I think if you are honest you know that

Oh boy, my son text me a while ago and said he would give up 2 first round picks.  I said no way.  And the biggest reason is because I am not sure the coaching staff we have knows how to incorporate a high level WR into the offense.  That being said I would give up next years 1st for Garrett Wilson.

I just looked at this years stats for Wilson and they are a little above pedestrian.  But he has Justin Fields throwing him the ball.  So there you go KJ.  Give the Jets our first next year, and lets go.

 

I think Beane is pretty bad with his draft picks.  And I would not be opposed to trading most if not all of our picks for next year to bring in help at WR, DL and LB or DB to give us a great chance to win the bowl.

I agree with this.  In terms of impact the rest of the season, short of a garret wilson or jeffrey simmons, deebo snd von can probably help immediately in the return game and gadget plays and von on 3rd downs.
