davefan66 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Man. Why do we allow ourselves to get bullied?? As soon as we play a team that is physical, we fold. I get we are without a bunch of players, but where is our depth?? Could Poyer do worse than Bishop?? 2
stlbills13 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Imagine how bad it would be if we had a defensive head coach 5 1

Could be on our second chance at a Super Bowl level coach since 13 seconds by now. If we had any standards. 2
Kirby Jackson Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago The defense is horrendous. I 100% do not want to see the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th round picks, along with the big FA deals going to defense again. Incremental improvements don’t matter. Go get Josh some playmakers and dare teams to keep up!! We have a loser philosophy and can’t win the big one because of it. This team will still probably win the division. They will still win 11+ games. Let’s not accept another divisional round exit and try the same thing again next year. This isn’t an overreaction. This is a flawed team that has the best player and football. They handcuff him instead of turbocharge him 1 1 1

Chandler#81 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago 4 & 2 it is. I’ve seen enough for the night -Hell, for 2 weeks.
popcornpam Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Our defense last year was a hell of a lot better just go back and play the same defense. I have no idea what you’re doing doing McDermott..

BillsFan130 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago A lot of people ripped on us for complaining about this team when they were 4-0. Well, do you see now why we were complaining? This team has MASSIVE flaws 2 2 1
H2o Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Anyone still want another year of McDermott and thus defense?
Bangarang Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago 1 minute ago, HappyDays said: I was 100% correct in the offseason. The team building strategy needed to be 40 PPG. That was our only shot at winning a Super Bowl. Instead we gave McDermott and Babich all the investments, as our historically good QB walks off the field in pain multiple times this season. I haven't been a big fire McD and Beane guy but Beane has whiffed on so many draft picks and FA acquisitions that you have to at least give it a serious thought. And as much as I love McD for helping to end the streak I think it's pretty clear that we won't win a SB with him. 2
sullim4 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I said in another thread that I didn't see the point of firing Babich when the problem was the personnel. I think at this point, given the lack of discipline on defense - you have to fire the guy and let McD run it for the remainder of the season. Just to save face at the very least. Something has to be done.
BillsFanForever19 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Remember when Rex Ryan's D got figured out and he wouldn't budge from it? This is what it's starting to feel like with McDermott and his scheme. The injuries don't help. But it feels like McDermott's D is antiquated for today's game and the book is out on how to dismantle it. 2
Maine-iac Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago What I wouldn't give to have Vita Vea and a legit safety.
