Actually the exact opposite.  Scheme is fine but the players are missing assignments and not tackling.

It’s a little bit the players. There are like 3-4 guys playing that aren’t starting caliber.

I’m so jealous of teams like Detroit and Cleveland that have big, mean defenses that make you fight for every yard.

It’s almost like the bills are missing their Right Tackle, Defensive tackle and Linebacker today. 3 of their top 10 players

Same thing different game. The defense is usually an issue which is a problem since the head coach is a defensive coach.

I think McDermott likes coaches who are similar with his way of thinking, then getting someone who might have different ideas.
