The Patriots got to the Super Bowl so many times because they would luck out in the divisional round of the playoffs and get the Tim Tebow Broncos or something every time which left them with only one worthy opponent to have to get through in the Championship game, which was usually always the Colts back then. But of course if we get the 1 seed we will somehow end up with the Chiefs in the Divisional round and then if we get to the Championship game play Baltimore. I can see the Bills having that kind of luck

It's different. It's just more satisfying. If we win the Super Bowl, yes it would be great but if we somehow avoided both the Chiefs and Ravens and played the Broncos and Colts to get there, it would still leave people with room to talk and honestly, they will probably have a point. I want that point killed. Beat at least one of them to get to the Super Bowl and win it.

F thay mentality!   This whole notion that we would have to beat KC and every other top team to validate our team is just ridiculous.  If we made the SB, would it only matter if we face Philly?    We don’t have to banish any demons to legitimize anything.    Just win!

I’m not sure who I want to lose… but no way I can cheer for KC.

Go Bills!

The second and last time the patriots beat the colts in the playoffs was like 2004.  I think you are misremembering

I’m torn, but with the Chiefs tough schedule as well as tougher division, I’m leaning towards hoping the Ravens lose. To be clear, I’d be totally fine with a Chiefs loss.

It’d be nice to have the Chiefs buried at 1-3, but if we win next weekend, we’ll be four games up on the Ravens at the quarter point if they lose. Plus, we still play the Chiefs and it’s in Buffalo.

Either way, it’ll be good though. One of these teams will be 1-3 after next weekend, barring a tie.

What say you?

Go Bills!

Ravens. Then we beat the Chiefs for their 3rd or more loss. And the Bills are then at least 3 games up on both (with the win at KC).

I’m just watching the recap of last night’s game as admittedly fell asleep during the game.  Wow, what a game.  As far as the Chiefs/Ravens, I look at it as one will have three losses so always a good thing.  I have a feeling the Ravens will win.  They are just too talented and the Chiefs are starting to look old.

I’m just glad one of them will be 1-3.  I think the Ravens lose again because they just have been self-destructing on offense in tight games, and their defense comes out swinging hard and talking loud, but then goes to getting handled in the big moments late in the game. They are a team that can play well with a big lead but tends to wilt in dogfights. The Lions stuck with the run after getting stuffed early and then ended up running all over their asses. They may get up early on the Chiefs and blow them out too, but I think KC is going to bring a lot of pressure at Lamar like they did in AFCCG in 2023 season and don’t think the Ravens will respond well.  I think the Lions came out and showed that they are still a NFC powerhouse, and it’s entirely possible to expose their D.

I didn’t even realize they played each other this week. This is nearly the best quarter of a season ever. I am going with rooting for a KC loss since I want as many roadblocks as possible from getting to 4 straight SBs.

I said last night, go Lions..  Now Ravens go beat the Chiefs and put a stake in that Vampires heart.  Beat them up a little too while you're at it.

Could not have been a better outcome last night as a Bills fan.

Buffalo at Home against the Saints, don't let your guard down for one second and take care of 'bidness.'

Meanwhile in the late window, bring out the popcorn and settle in.

After week 4 the Ravens could be 2.5 half games behind the Bills for the one seed and the Chiefs could be three

or

The Ravens could be 3.5 games behind the Bills for the one seed and the Chiefs could be two.

I think they will both make the playoffs regardless, so I'll root for the chiefs, simply because I enjoy watching the Ravens lose more.

As of right now the Chargers are our main competition for the one seed, but that can obviously change.

Based on next 4 games after this one, I'm leaning to the Ravens losing.

Ravens have Texans, rams, bears, fins, vikings. Last 2 on road.

Chiefs have jags, lions, raiders, commanders, bills. Bills and jags are road games.

I think thr chiefs have a worse record than the ravens over those 5...like 2-3 vs 3'2 so chiefs win they both go 3-3 over next 6.

This is my line of thinking as well.  The Ravens seem to have a much easier road now and an easier division.  Better to bank another loss.  Hopefully the Bills beat KC later and restore that cushion and then some.

Until someone can go to Lamar and grab him by the balls and tell him he needs to be the leader of this team it won't matter. Henry is a scapegoat a lot of times; yes he did have two costly fumbles this year but Jackson has not helped or done what it takes as a QB to lead his team.

Ravens. I don't think the Chiefs win the division this year. Still a lot of football to be played but the Chargers look like they can take the AFCW. They get the Giants on Sunday so they will probably be 4-0. The Chiefs will probably go in as a WC. The Ravens are more of a threat to the Bills for #1 seed at this point. For this week Go Chiefs.

My money is the Chiefs get curb stomped.   That team sucks right now.  The Ravens have lost tight games, to top 5 teams, all really related to Henry fumbles.

The Ravens IMHO are more of a threat to the Bills for the #1 seed so I hope KC wins. If the Chiefs make the playoffs they may very well have to go in as a WC. The Chargers have a real shot to take the division this year.

It's a tough one because as much as I think the Colts and Chargers honestly look good, I would still take them in a playoff match in a heartbeat over the Chiefs or Ravens.

It's really tough, but at the moment I am saying Ravens for a few reasons:

1) I have faith with the Bills vs the Chiefs in November but I want another game buffer

2) I don't think some magic spell will be undone in four weeks, but yes, I expect the Chiefs to look better once Worthy and Rice return so I want losses stacked NOW

3) I still think the Chiefs make the playoffs. I have a hard time believing that they won't. Buuuuuut holy moley they don't have an easy schedule I see an outside chance of them being edged
