He got up and ran off the field - which’s what scared everyone. I have never seen #17 RUN off the field like he did. I thought it was bad what a relief it wasn't worse still a broken nose OUCH 1 Quote

Then in the 4th quarter he said something like, "well this game looks bad now, but they were playing well early in the game." Huh, what game have you been watching Tony? He is up there with the worst announcers and has been for years and years. Edited September 15 by Bferra13 1 1 Quote

I was ignorant enough to think I could keep playing even though I knew it was broken. Lasted 2 mins. Even if numbing were possible you'd have to give so much it'd be dangerous. Quote
TBBills Fan Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Was it confirmed broken? I know it looks it, just curious if he confirmed after the game? I have listened to the pressers yet Quote

No other blood part would cause that much bleeding with the head protected. Quote

Kwai San Posted September 15 Author Posted September 15 (edited) So the thing that really kills me?? Without a single warmup throw, backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky entered the game cold on a third-and-7 opportunity and served up a cold-blooded, pinpoint pass to receiver Joshua Palmer for a 32-yard gain — and with Jets top cornerback Sauce Gardner in coverage, no less. STONE COLD KILLAH!!! Looks like the Bllls staff made the right choice! Edited September 15 by Kwai San 1 Quote

Riverboat Ritchie Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Broke mine a few years ago. Due to some insurance network stuff, I was not able to have it looked at for a few weeks and because of that had to wait a few months and then have surgery and get it rebroken. Anyhow, good now but surgery really sucked and could breathe out of nose and subsequently had real bad sleep for at least a week. Also always worried about it breaking now as it just seems like it could. My biggest worry on a short week is hoping it doesn’t mess with his rest and recovery. Quote
