Stads Posted Friday at 04:43 PM Posted Friday at 04:43 PM I am getting sick of the "request a trade" crap. I'm glad Cook didn't decide to go down that route 9 1 6 1 1 2 Quote
Brand J Posted Friday at 04:43 PM Posted Friday at 04:43 PM They should’ve paid him a long time ago, now his cost is astronomical. He’s the 2nd best pass rusher in football, behind only Myles Garrett (and yes, ahead of TJ Watt). 1 6 1 Quote

Maybe I’m remembering things incorrectly, but doesn’t Dallas have a history of dragging out contract negotiations to only then end up paying more than they would have had they not done so. I don’t understand it. 2 1 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted Friday at 04:55 PM Posted Friday at 04:55 PM Id give them the next three first round picks. 2 3 9 1 1 1 3 Quote

Yobogoya! Posted Friday at 04:58 PM Posted Friday at 04:58 PM I love how the passive-aggressive negotiating through the media has just gotten even more passive-aggressive over the last few years. "Thinking" of asking for a trade. "Considering" to sever his relationship with the team. Camp Parsons' leaks are going extra thin with the veiled threats, huh? Lol. 1 1 Quote
WotAGuy Posted Friday at 05:01 PM Posted Friday at 05:01 PM At this point shut up, play out the year and get ready for a bidding war next year. 3 1 1 1 Quote

I don’t understand it. Jerry likes the attention. Jerry likes putting the injury risk on the player up until the last second possible. I think its the wrong way of looking at it. Paying Dak, Ceedee and Parson early is 2 - 3 solid NFL starter salaries cap wise. 4 Quote
H2o Posted Friday at 05:03 PM Posted Friday at 05:03 PM Another major screw-up by the Jones family. It happens with every impending FA they have that's worth keeping. Jerry, instead of being proactive, waits until the market becomes inflated and then has to overpay guys on a team already struggling to remain competitive in the NFC East. 1 Quote

DrDawkinstein Posted Friday at 05:27 PM Posted Friday at 05:27 PM I thought this after Jerry's last public comments about Micah "getting hit by a bus" and what not. If I were Parsons I would move on. Play this season and then hit free agency. Could get way more on the open market and not get dicked around by old Salty McMuffin. I guess they could tag him or threaten to tag him, but I'd cross that bridge when we came to it. 2 Quote

DrDawkinstein Posted Friday at 05:37 PM Posted Friday at 05:37 PM Just now, RoscoeParrish said: And potentially risk $100M guaranteed? I'd put it on the Cowboys to make me an offer I couldnt refuse, and do it NOW. I dont know if anything has progressed, but as of just last week, it was accurately reported and confirmed that Dallas hadnt even made an OPENING OFFER. Like, they havent even started! So there is no $100M guaranteed to risk. There is nothing to risk right now. I'd have myagent let them know that they now have 1 chance to make me an offer, and if it's where I want it to be I'll sign it, otherwise we have nothing to talk about. 1 Quote
wppete Posted Friday at 05:39 PM Posted Friday at 05:39 PM I’d trade Ed Oliver, James Cook a 1st round pick and 2 2nd round picks. That should get it done… Thoughts? 1 1 3 2 1 1 Quote
