Logic Posted Wednesday at 09:42 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:42 PM Coleman Palmer Shakir Samuel Moore Shenault Prather Shavers I think that's a reasonably well rounded, diverse top five, with the bottom three guys battling it out for an end-of-roster and special teams spot. Short of having a legitimate WR1, I like the group. If Coleman looks like the guy he was in the first half of last season and Samuel looks like the guy he was in the final few weeks, it could be a very respectable group indeed. Don't make me say it, but....okay okay, I'll say it... The WR room quietly got better today. 7 2 10 1 Quote

HappyDays Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM I see this as the analog of Chase Claypool last year. A talented athlete who hasn't been able to figure out the NFL game and has had questions about his attitude. I'm fine with it because he upgrades Shenault and Shavers but I don't have a ton of optimism. 3 3 Quote

Blessing to get somebody like that at this stage in April. It’s straight up hypocritical. Just be real, the board didn’t fall the way you thought it would. Maybe he was frustrated they didn’t get a receiver too…. The conversation that sent Beane was Jeremy telling Sal he was going to ask Beane why he undervalues wr compared to the rest of the league. Beane didnt see value in the draft and brought in the best available FA instead. Good business. 1 1 Quote

As far as pure football: I like the signing. Moore had 500ish yards last year. He's a fast, functional NFL WR with separation ability, and is just 25 years old (somehow). I feel he rounds out our WR corps nicely. If Jeremy and Joe think they’re entitled to a victory lap here, they’re high. 1 2 Quote
schoolhouserock Posted Wednesday at 09:44 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:44 PM And just like that, the WR room looks a whole lot better. The league will now get a chance to see how good Moore can be when he has a competent QB. 1 1 Quote
Billz4ever Posted Wednesday at 09:45 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:45 PM Big fan of this. Been on two bad teams with mid to poor QBs throwing to him. This could really be the spark that has him playing at a level many thought he was capable of coming out of Ole Miss and being drafted by the Jets at pick 34. 1 Quote

They should just the L and move on. They have sounded like petulant losers for the last few days. Coming up with excuses and trying to explain away the verbal beat down they took. 2 Quote

Now we all need to work on Stephanie LaChance (Mitch Marner's wife) ......Josh and Hailee are key to this one. Gotta get this young man on the Sabres. With all due respect, the Sabres are more likely to be rostering Mitch Trubisky than Mitch Marner. Unfortunately the Bills and Sabres are at opposite ends of the desirability spectrum and Marner is getting paid no matter where he ends up. Edited yesterday at 03:01 AM by julian 1 Quote

nedboy7 Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:52 PM Most likely better than any Wr in the 5th we would have drafted. BTW I definitely wanted a WR in the draft. Quote
