I will say it again. Get a coaches challenge system for penalties.  1 per half allowed. There was no holding whatsoever on the TD and none the play after. The NFL officials are the most  incompetent in pro sports.

NFL is unwatchable.  

I'm not a conspiracy guy but the Bills have had three of the worst penalty calls I have seen all year.

They are not even close to being a penalty.

What did Dawkins grab?

How was Jones restricted?  He danced face to face with Torrence, but made no effort to disengage.

 

These are things we talk about in our referee meetings.  I don't understand how an NFL official does not apply the same standards at the highest level.
